This policy explains what Live a Greater Life collects and what we do with it. The site is operated by Digipeak Media, Borgarvägen 16, Hudiksvall, Sweden, which is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics system served from our own domain, to count page views and understand which content is read. It sets no cookies, does not build a cross-site profile of you, and does not collect your name, email or IP address in a retrievable form. Data is aggregated. It runs for every visitor without asking, because it stores nothing on your device.

Google Analytics (optional). We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors find and use the site. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and sends usage data to Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy; the data may be transferred outside the EU. Whether it runs depends on where you are and what you choose; see “Your cookie choices” below.

Click attribution (optional). Klyqq, our click tracker, sets a first-party cookie with a random visitor id so that a purchase made through one of our links can be credited to the right visit. When you arrive from an advertisement, the link may also carry a click identifier, which we keep in our own first-party cookie for the same reason. These identifiers are random strings. They are not linked to your identity and we cannot use them to recognise you on any other website. Whether they are used depends on where you are and what you choose; see “Your cookie choices” below.

Contact form. Messages sent through our contact page are delivered by our own form service and forwarded to our inbox. We use what you send only to reply to you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person rather than a bot and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details to do so. Turnstile loads on the contact page only.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. These are retained for a short period and are not used for marketing.

We do not collect names, email addresses or payment information unless you send them to us directly, and we do not operate a mailing list.

These are first-party cookies set by this domain. Your cookie choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage (lagl-cookie-consent), so we don’t ask again on every page. You can delete all of this at any time through your browser settings, and blocking it does not affect how the site works for you.

Google Analytics and the attribution cookies are optional, and how we handle them depends on where you are.

EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland. We ask for your consent first and set none of them until you accept. We tell where you are from the country Cloudflare, which delivers this site, reports for your IP address, and from your device’s time zone setting. If either points to Europe, or we cannot read the time zone, we ask. Neither is stored beyond the one-day visitor_region cookie that records the result.
Everywhere else. They are on by default and you can switch them off at any time.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and set none of them unless you accept them yourself.

You can change your choice at any time: , or use the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. If you decline after these cookies were set, we remove them. Declining does not change how the site works or the price you pay for anything you buy; we may simply not be able to tell which visit led to a purchase.

Legal basis

Under the GDPR we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for cookieless aggregate analytics and for protecting the contact form from abuse. For Google Analytics and the attribution cookies we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) if you are in Europe, and you can withdraw it at any time as described above. The processing is minimal, involves no profiling and no automated decision-making about you.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

When you click through to a retailer, you leave this site and the retailer’s own privacy policy applies to everything you do there, including any purchase. We receive only aggregate confirmation that a referral converted. We do not receive your name, address or payment details, and we cannot access your order.

Google receives usage data through Google Analytics when it is enabled for you (see above). Our infrastructure providers (hosting and analytics) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we honour Global Privacy Control as an opt-out.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Because we hold so little identifiable data, the most likely outcome of a deletion request is that we confirm we hold nothing that identifies you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will update the revision date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
